Gymna Care 300 differs from traditional TECAR therapy in that it can work at high power without a large rise in temperature. The therapist uses an iPad and can operate the device remotely via Bluetooth.

TECAR therapy uses high-frequency currents to bio-stimulate tissues of different resistance. The therapist can choose between 5 preset operating frequencies (300 kHz – 1 MHz) and an automatic scan mode. The capacitive or resistive electromagnetic field generates heat, and the resulting vasodilation increases the exchange of substances that drain the inflamed area and bring in repair cells.
