These terms govern the use of https://clinika.ro/ and the booking and payment rules for services provided by Clinika – Because we care, a brand operated by PHYSIODENTAL SRL.
1. General information
The website content is for information purposes only and does not replace a specialist consultation. A rehabilitation programme is recommended only after a consultation or functional assessment at the clinic.
2. Appointments
- Appointments can be booked by phone at +40 770 588 448, by e-mail at office@clinika.ro or via the contact form.
- The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 20:00.
- Sessions NOT rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are considered COMPLETED.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices on the website are in RON; where stated, VAT is added.
- Packages are paid in full at the start of the first treatment session.
- The clinic does NOT have a contract with CNAS; services are not reimbursed by the National Health Insurance House.
- Offers are valid only for the period and conditions shown on the Offers page.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, images, the Clinika® logo and graphic elements of the website belong to PHYSIODENTAL SRL or its partners and may not be reproduced without written consent.
5. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data and use of cookies are described in the Privacy Policy (GDPR) and the Cookie Policy.
6. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us first at office@clinika.ro so we can find a solution together. You also have the right to contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) and to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) under applicable law.
